Official Rules

Prize:

One (1) winner will be chosen at random from the qualified entries to receive a complimentary three- (3-) night stay for two (2) at Palazzo Ca’nova, Venice.

• The stay must be booked in 2026 for travel in 2026.
• The prize covers a stay in the Lipparini apartment.**
• Guests may book a longer stay or select a different apartment by paying the amount above the published 2026 Lipparini rate for the dates selected.
• Prize may be transferred or gifted to another traveler with advance notice to Trust&Travel.

How to enter:

A qualified entry must complete the following actions:

1. Follow @trustandtravelvillas on Instagram
2. Share a favorite memory from your stay at one of our villas as a Post, Reel or Story. You may post any image from the holiday that is meaningful to you. It doesn’t have to feature the villa, and it doesn’t have to be magazine-worthy. This is a random drawing, not a photo contest!
3. Tag @trustandtravelvillas and Tag the person you’d love to bring to Venice

Key dates:

• Entries open: November 1, 2025
• Entries close: December 11, 2025 at 23:59 CET
• Drawing held: December 12, 2025
• Winner notified by: December 15, 2025

Please ensure your profile is public OR share your post, Reel or Story with us directly so we can see your entry.

Eligibility:

• Open to former guests of Trust&Travel Villas, Excellence Villas or Palazzo Ca’nova. 
• You must be aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
• If you visited as part of a group booking, you’re welcome to enter. We simply request confirmation — the name of the person who booked the trip, where you stayed and the approximate stay dates — if clarification is needed. We trust our community and will verify only when necessary, always with discretion and respect.
• One entry per person
• Not open to employees of Trust&Travel or Excellence Villas or their collaborators (service providers, villa owners, agents).

Content use & permissions:

• By entering, you grant Trust&Travel Villas permission to reshare or feature your content (stories, photos, or captions) on our Instagram, website, or marketing materials — always with credit to you.
• If you prefer not to have your content reshared, message us directly when you share your post, reel or story. Our goal is to celebrate our guests and build a vibrant community of shared memories.
• If you are the winner, you agree to allow Trust&Travel to use your Instagram handle and/or identifying information (such as “Carolyn G from Dublin, who stayed at Villa Esperanza with her family in 2020”) in the announcement of the winner. The exact content will be determined by mutual agreement between the winner and the social media manager of Trust&Travel Villas. 

Other Terms

• No purchase necessary; void where prohibited.
• Prize not redeemable for cash.
• Winner responsible for travel to and from Venice as well as transfers to and from Palazzo Ca’nova.
• Winner must pay nightly occupancy tax in cash directly to Palazzo Ca’nova staff (maximum of €5/night/adult for the first five nights of stay.
• Blackout dates: the months of April, May and September; Christmas and New Year’s holidays (December 20-January 4)
• We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete or noncompliant entries.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• Winners are responsible for reporting the value of their prize to their relevant tax authorities. Documentation of value can be provided by Trust&Travel upon request.

**The Lipparini is 120 square meters of pure luxury on the piano nobile of the Palazzo Treves, a historic property in the hands of the same family since the mid-1800s. The Palazzo is just a stone’s throw from Piazza San Marco at the mouth of the Grand Canal. The apartment looks out onto a quiet and sunny square and features a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a king-sized canopy bed, high ceilings throughout, parquet and Venetian terrazzo floors, many décor elements dating from the 19th century renovation, a walk-in closet, a full bath with a walk-in shower and a half-bath. Guests enjoy daily maid service, delivery of fresh croissants every morning, a complimentary bottle of artisanal pre-mixed Bellini cocktails, a bowl of fresh fruit and bottles of mineral water, use of the Palazzo’s private dock on arrival and departure day, and an on-call concierge to help with bookings and sightseeing advice. The apartment is equipped with modern appliances, A/C, central heating, WiFi and elevator access. Guests also benefit from our pre-arrival planning assistance as well as a 30% discount on all food, drinks and spa services at the adjacent Hotel St. Regis.
